Christmas Blur

Christmas Eve my Mama's family came over. We ate Christmas Eve Dinner, played a game and went downstairs to open presents.

One of the presents I got was from Mr. Blueberry Eyes. Of course, my dad helped! It's the first picture you see. Isn't it beautiful? It's a candleholder that can hold chocolates on the bottom ledge. I think it's beautiful! My mother got one from my Dad and my three uncles and my grandma got one from all of us. And we got many other presents.

We played a little game of Apples to Apples and then went to bed. When we got up in the morning, I went to town with Granny Flash, my grandma and played a game on the computer. Then we came home, ate some breakfast, listened to some stories and opened stockings. Then we played some games. Then we set off a rocket that Mr. Blueberry Eyes had gotton for Christmas. Then we came in and had Christmas Dinner and ding donged around the rest of the night.

One of the games we played on Christmas Day was "Would You Rather?" It had challenges called "Would You Do It?" challenges. This was one of the "Would You Do It?" challenges I did. I had my Mom draw some glasses and a handlebar mustache on my face with her purple eyeliner.

Another one of the challenges that Granny Flash did was to dance with a mop. We all got a big kick out of that! And so on went our weekend - on and on and on. Whew! - TTFN - Tiarra

Laughing Water, you are as talented as your dear dear mother. Enjoyed your blog and loved your writing. Your pictured is adorable and the one of Granny Flash too. The new game sounds so fun. Love you.

To our lovely Laughing Water,
Your zest for life is.....
inspiring! Shudder the thought
that your blog followers now know
that one of your grandmothers
actually dances with mops...after
being driven to distraction in the
game of life. What fun!

At 5:30 this morning we awoke to
15 to 18 inches of fresh, light,
white powder. Hmmmm..maybe I can
talk Grandpa into a snowshoe adventure.

Have a grand day. Happy and
joyous New Year of 2010 to you
and your precious family.
